1. About My Ride

My Ride Self Drive provides self-drive vehicle rental services in Mumbai through its website and related booking services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all applicable legal requirements and My Ride's rental requirements to rent and drive a vehicle.

You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking or creating an account.

My Ride may request identity, driving licence or other documents required to verify eligibility before releasing a vehicle.

3. Booking

A booking is considered confirmed only after the booking process has been successfully completed and payment has been successfully processed where payment is required.

A booking confirmation will contain the relevant rental details, including the selected vehicle, rental period and booking reference.

Availability shown on the website may change until a booking is successfully confirmed.

4. Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate.

My Ride may contact you using the email address or mobile number provided during the booking process regarding your reservation or related service matters.

5. Rental Period

The vehicle must be collected and returned according to the agreed booking period and instructions provided by My Ride.

Additional charges may apply where a vehicle is returned late or the rental period is extended, subject to the applicable rental terms and availability.

6. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

The customer must not use the vehicle for racing, speed testing, unlawful activities, commercial passenger transport, or any other prohibited purpose.

The vehicle must not be driven by an unauthorised person.

7. Driving Licence and Verification

The customer must hold a valid driving licence and meet all legal requirements to drive the rented vehicle.

My Ride may verify customer identity and eligibility before or during the rental process.

Providing false, misleading or invalid documentation may result in cancellation of the booking or refusal to release the vehicle.

8. Vehicle Condition

Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the vehicle during the rental period.

The customer may be responsible for damage, loss, misuse, negligence or other charges arising from use of the vehicle, subject to the applicable rental agreement and policies.

9. Payment

Rental charges and any applicable taxes, fees, deposits or other charges will be communicated during the booking process or under the applicable rental terms.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise applicable charges.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling and related charges are subject to the applicable booking or rental policy communicated to you at the time of booking.

Where a refund is approved, the timing of the refund may depend on the payment provider and the original payment method.

11. Booking Changes

Requests to change a booking, including rental dates, vehicle selection or other booking details, are subject to availability and the applicable booking terms.

My Ride does not guarantee that every requested change can be accommodated.

12. Cancellation by My Ride

My Ride may cancel or decline a booking where necessary, including where a vehicle becomes unavailable, required verification cannot be completed, information provided is inaccurate, payment cannot be completed, or the customer does not meet the applicable rental requirements.

Where applicable, any refund will be handled according to the relevant booking and refund terms.

13. Website and Service Availability

We aim to keep our website and booking services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the website will always be free from errors or technical interruptions.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services may depend on third-party providers, including payment, hosting, communication and technology services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

15. User Accounts

If you create a My Ride account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
